The salt cave

    Visit our unique salt cave in Gießen and experience the relaxing and regenerating effect of salt. Centrally located in Germany, between Frankfurt and Magdeburg, you can experience in the salt cave a new way to promote and preserve your health situation.     The salt room or salarium

    A Salarium® is a relaxation room whose interior walls and floor are made of salt bricks. The different colored, indirect lighting of the floor and the salt walls creates fascinating light and color impressions.
    The interplay of optics, light, music, cuddly blanket and water sound of the room fountain creates a deep feeling of security and peace, which can lead to the deep relaxation.

    Process of a session

    Each session always starts full hour and it takes 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before session will start. You can keep your clothing and your shoes on. For hygienic reasons, we will give you shoe covers. You can rest in our salt cave at a pleasant 15-20 ° C, wrapped in soft DAGREWA blankets on comfortable loungers. The relaxing music in the background is in harmony with the minerals in our salt cave. You can literally feel the harmony between material and music. A deep relaxation and the feeling of inner security embrace your soul.
